This gent is offering a twin room (although one bed can be removed if requested) with plenty of storage space. The room will be completely cleared of current items prior to someone moving in. There is is a shared bathroom with a separate toilet upstairs.
This home is just a 10 minute drive to Dun Laoghaire shopping centre or 13 minutes by bike, or 25 minutes by public transport. The 7, 7A, 45A and 63 buses are all within a short walk form the house. Parking is available and there is Wifi in the home.
