The couple offers a single bedroom, a private bathroom, and a private sitting room to the right person. Additionally, the sharer will have access to a shared kitchen. On-street parking is available, but please note that there is currently no Wi-Fi.
The house is conveniently located just 15 minutes away by bus or car, or 24 minutes by Luas, from O’Connell Street in Dublin City Centre. It’s also a 15-minute walk or a 13-minute bus ride to Grange Gorman campus, and Phibsborough Shopping Centre is only 13 minutes away by bus.
