She is offering a single bedroom (1 sml double bed) and a shared bathroom as well as a shared kitchen, conservatory and a separate sitting room available for the sharer to relax in or use as an office space if you work from home.
The shelves at the end of the bed and under the window sill will be removed and the walls will be freshly painted before a sharer moves in.
This lady has a very friendly cat, so a cat lover is a must! She is a very friendly lady who loves watching the soaps on tv spending time with her family.
This very spacious home is just a 5 minute drive or 20 miute to Dundrum Town Centre. It is also just a 5 minute walk to the number 14 bus or a 20 mmiute walk to Balally luas station.
