This lady is offering a lovely, bright double bedroom. There is also a bathroom availabler to the sharer but without a shower at the moment, but there is another shower available to use. Also a shared kitchen and separate sitting room. There is also a stunning back garden.
This home comes with Wifi, but parking is not available.The house is of a very high standard with all mod cons and impeccably clean and tidy.
The house is located just a 3 minute walk to Dunnes and the retail park and a 5 minute walk to Gorey Train Station.
