Antoinette brings her vibrant and diverse career to the Homeshare Team. After completing college, where she studied Law and Business, she ventured into the world of banking. There, she honed her skills in high-level customer service across various departments. Following many fulfilling years in banking, she took a break to focus on her family. Later, Antoinette volunteered as a parenting coach before returning to college. Her studies in Community and Social Care, followed by Applied Social Studies, ignited her passion for Social Care, with a special focus on the elderly and adults with intellectual disabilities.

For several years now, Antoinette has dedicated herself to working in various day service settings for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. Her exceptional people skills and unwavering professionalism set a high standard. Antoinette firmly believes that building trust within services and providing support for the elderly and vulnerable individuals is absolutely crucial. Her commitment to advocacy ensures that the voices of vulnerable and older individuals are always heard.
