This gentleman is offering a lovely, bright double bedroom with plenty of storage space. There is also a shared modern shower room (only shared during the day, not at night), shared kitchen/living room and conjoned bright sitting room. There is also a stunning back garden.
This home comes with parking and Wifi.THe house is of a very high standard with all mod cons and impeccably clean and tidy.
The house is located just a 12 minute walk to Arklow Train Station, 10 minute walk to Tesco and just a 3 minute drive to the M11. GOrey is a 15 minute drive and there are express buses on the doorstep every 30 minutes to Dublin and Wexford.
