This home is in a beautiful, rural area, located just a short distance to all the local amenities. A car owner is absolutely necessary due to the lack of public transport. The home is just 9 minutes by car to Ballinteer, 15 minutes to Sandyford Business Park and 14 minutes to Dundrum Town Centre.
