They are offering a double bedroom (single bed) with it’s own sink, shared WC with a separate shower room, kitchen, large sitting room and beautifully kept back garden. Bedroom will be cleared out and prepared for new Sharer.
This house is just a 5 minute stroll to the Dropping Well pub in Milltown, 8 minute walk to Windy Arbour Luas stop and a 10 minute walk to Alexandra College to the number 44 bus which services Ranelagh, City Centre and DCU.
