In exchange for some company, help around the home and help with shopping and gardening, he is offering a spacious double bedroom with ample storage space. There is a shared bathroom and sitting room. There is also access to a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and a gorgeous sunroom.
There is also a 2nd sitting room which the sharer could use for both work and relaxing in.
This wonderful home is in a super location, just 7 minute drive to the Odyssey or 17 minutes door to door by bus, and just 15 minutes by bus or 11 minutes by car or bicycle to Victoria Square shopping Centre.
You must be an animal lover as he has the most gorgeous dog and a keen gardener would be an advantage also. Someone with a full drivers licence would also be an advantage.
