He is offering a small single bedroom with mirrored wardrobe, shared modern bathroom (with shower) upstairs and separate WC downstairs, plus a small galley kitchen and shared sitting room. There is a lovely patio outside.
This home is located within a 3 minute walk of Nutely Lane and RTE studio’s so would be a great location for St Vincent’s Hospital or the City Centre. The bus is just a 3 minute walk from the house and there is also parking available.
