Fabulous homeshare oppportuntiy sharing with a very sweet lady with an interest in all things sport, from soccer to Rugby. This lady was a primary school teacher and also school principal. She enjoys reading, Television, and having a chat over a cuppa. Although this lady doesn’t have much of an appetite, she has a sweet tooth and adores a nice treat. This lady is offering the choice of either a large double room (with sink), or large twin room – both with ample storage. The main bathroom would also be for the sole use of the Sharer and shared only with family/guests. In exchange, she would appreciate some company and a presence in the home overnight for peace of mind, and possibly some support with topping up shopping and light help around the home. An alcohol free home is important the the family. Located just off the grange road, less than 5 minutes from Lidl and a host of local amenities, the number 175 is a 3 minute walk and number 14 &16 buses are a 5 min walk from the home, getting you to the city centre within 40 minutes. The home is also just across from Marlay Park
